At Akrypt IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Refunds:

  • All payments made for digital services (such as web development, app development, digital marketing, or design) are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
  • If a payment has been made twice by mistake or a technical error occurred during the transaction, you can request a refund within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations:

  • Service cancellations must be requested before project initiation or within 24 hours of payment, whichever is earlier.
  • No cancellation will be accepted once project work or resource allocation has started.
